Oova offers every user the ability to share their data with their provider. Sharing data with your provider allows them to see all of your specific hormone data and cycle trends and help inform further assessments and recommendations.
If your clinician IS an Oova provider
You will go through an extensive onboarding process when you download the app. One of the questions is, "Did a Clinic refer you?" Select Yes, and then look up your clinic in the search field.
If you have any trouble, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support team at support@oova.life with the clinic name and your clinician's full name. You can continue with registration even if you do not select your clinic at this time. You can enter it later.
If you have already downloaded the app and need to add a clinic, go to Account > Oova Clinic > Search your clinic's name > Save.
Once you add your clinic, your clinician will be able to view your hormone levels and any information you track in your daily log.
My clinician IS NOT an Oova provider
Even if your clinician isn't an Oova provider, you will still be able to share your Oova data with them. You will do this by sending a PDF of your cycle report.
When your cycle report is generated, you may email the report directly to your provider. Each cycle report has an icon in the top right corner.
