The Oova app's journal entry feature allows you to track many symptoms. Tracking symptoms can help you understand how hormone changes may affect your symptoms. You can choose to track as many or as few features as possible.
Go to More > Symptom Logging > Toggle ON/OFF any feature you would like to track. To log your symptoms, click on Journal from the navigation bar, then RECORD SYMPTOMS. Select the date you would like to enter features for and you can enter the symptoms you would like to report.
