If you have forgotten your password and are unable to access your account, it's easy to reset it through the app. Please follow these instructions to reset your password and regain access to your account:
1. Open the Oova app and click "Get Started."
2. You'll be taken to the login screen. Under the field to enter your password, click "Forgot password."
3. Enter the email address or username associated with your account.
4. Check your email. If you have correctly entered the email address associated with your account, you will receive an email with a link to help you choose a new password.
Note: If you don't receive an email, return to the app and try entering a different email address that may be associated with your account. If you still cannot log in, send an email to our team at support@oova.life, and we can help you get back into your account.
5. Click the link in the email. You will be taken to a new page with a field to enter a new password. Once you have submitted your new password, return to the Oova app.
6. Use the new password to log in to the app.
