Your health evolves over time, and your Oova experience can evolve with it. Whether your goals have shifted, your cycle has changed, or you're transitioning from fertility tracking to perimenopause monitoring, you can update your health journey directly in the app at any time.
What is a health journey?
Your health journey helps personalize your Oova experience, including hormone insights, scan recommendations, and educational content. Available journeys include:
- Trying to Conceive (TTC)
- Perimenopause
- Hormone Optimization

How to change your health journey
Changing your journey updates the insights, content, and scanning plans available to you. Your past hormone data will remain saved to your account.
- Open the More screen in the Oova app.

Under Health & Wellness, tap Body and Health.

Tap the pencil icon next to Health Journey.

Select your new journey and tap Save.

Your app will refresh with updated insights, content, and any relevant scanning plan recommendations.
Will Changing My Journey Affect My Data?
No. Your historical hormone data, previous scans, and cycle history remain saved to your account and can still be accessed after switching journeys.
Changing journeys only updates the insights and recommendations associated with your data.
What Happens to My Scanning Plan?
If you currently have an active scanning plan, you may be prompted to review or update it after changing journeys.
Scanning plans are personalized for each journey, so your recommended scan timing or frequency may change.

Can I Switch Back?
Yes. You can change your health journey whenever you need to. Many Oova users move between journeys as their goals and bodies evolve. This feature is designed to support those transitions.
