The Oova app's journal entry feature allows you to track many symptoms. Tracking symptoms can help you understand how hormone changes may affect your symptoms. You can choose to track as many or as few features as possible.
Go to the More > Symptom Logging > Toggle ON/OFF any feature you would like to track. Your selections save automatically! Go to Calendar from the navigation bar. Select the date you would like to enter features for and click OPEN SELECTED DAY. Click on LOG YOUR DAY and you can enter the symptoms you would like to report.
