Oura syncs with Oova once per day.
After your Oura Ring syncs with the Oura app, simply open the Oova app and your latest eligible data will automatically sync. If you’ve just woken up, it may take a few moments for Oura to finish processing your sleep and readiness data before they’re available in Oova.
