There are a few reasons why this may happen.
First, make sure your Oura Ring has successfully synced with the Oura app. If you can see your sleep and readiness data in the Oura app, it should also sync to Oova once you open the Oova app and your accounts are connected.
If your data still isn’t appearing, check that:
- Your Oura integration is enabled in More → Connected Apps
- Your Oura Membership is active
- You’re using the latest version of both the Oura and Oova apps
