If your data isn’t syncing, try these steps:
- Confirm your Oura Ring is syncing with the Oura app.
- Make sure your Oura Membership is active.
- Check that Oura is still connected in the Oova app under More → Connected Apps.
- Close and reopen the Oova app.
- Allow a little time after your ring syncs, as new data may not appear immediately.
