Connecting your Oura account takes about a minute.
- Open the Oova app.
- Tap More.
- Under Data Sharing, select Connected Apps.
- Toggle Oura on.
- You’ll be redirected to Oura to log in and authorize Oova to access your data.
- Once authorization is complete, you’ll be returned to Oova and your eligible Oura data will begin syncing automatically.
After your first sync, Oova will continue to import new data automatically. You can disconnect your Oura account at any time.
