If you have a benefits card associated with your HSA or FSA plan (debit or credit), you can use it to purchase any Oova Hormone Kit.
If you have an FSA/HSA account but don't have a card associated with it, you can submit the order confirmation email you receive for reimbursement. Our receipts include all of the information you need to get fully reimbursed.
We can provide an itemized receipt which can help in the approval process/reimbursement.
