Managing your Oova subscription is easy!
To view or modify your subscription, navigate to the Oova Shop and click on "Sign in" on the top-right corner and enter the email address and password used for your Oova login to sign into your Account.
Once logged into your Account, you can view and manage your current subscriptions by clicking on the "Subscriptions" tab on the left.
To Cancel: Tap the red "Cancel subscription" button, select your cancelation reason, and then click "cancel subscription" to confirm.
To change your subscription product (for example, change from an Extended Cycle Kit to a Cycle Kit) you can simply cancel the product you are subscribed to and navigate to the Oova Shop to subscribe to a new product.
You can also change payment method, update shipping/billing address, and view your previous orders on your subscription page. For all other subscription modifications (such as skipping a month or changing the date or frequency of your deliveries), please send your request to support@oova.life.

Log in to your account here. You will receive an email with a link to take you directly to your account.
Oova note: Please make sure you log in with the same email address you used to set up your membership.
