Thank you for choosing Oova. We’re committed to making sure you have the best experience possible. If you wish to return your Oova Kit, you may do so under the following conditions:
Eligibility for returns
- If your order has not shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund on your Oova kit order.
- If your order has already shipped, your Oova test cartons must be returned unopened and unused to be eligible for a refund. We may request photo or video evidence to ensure the product's condition fits our return policy criteria.
- If you've purchased a kit through a practitioner, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund. Please reach out to the clinic you purchased your hormone kit from.
You must initiate the return process within 20 days from the date of purchase.
Return process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@oova.life to obtain a prepaid shipping label.
Securely pack your unopened Oova cartons in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label.
Refund
- While we provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience, a $20 processing and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund per kit. For practitioners seeking a refund, a $20 processing fee will be applied per kit.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned Oova kit, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- The refund will be issued using the original payment form used at purchase.
Non-returnable items
Any Oova kit that has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition is not eligible for a refund.
