You can track a wide range of symptoms across categories including body (fatigue, bloating, breast tenderness, nausea, cramping, joint pain), skin and hair, diet and digestion, mood and mental health (anxiety, brain fog, mood swings, irritability), and sleep. The symptoms you select during registration will be set as your defaults in the daily journal, you can always add or remove symptoms in your settings.
The more consistently you log, the stronger your Symptom Insights will become.
